About

We got tired of chatbots that could not answer the actual question

Chatevo exists because the questions that cost support teams the most time are the ones no document can answer.

We are pre-launch and a small team. You will speak to someone who works on the product.

Four things we believe

01

An assistant that cannot reach your systems is a search box

Most of the questions that cost your team time are not answerable from a document. They need the current state of an order, an account, or a calendar. Anything that cannot reach those is answering the easy half.

02

A confident wrong answer is worse than no answer

The moment an assistant invents a price or a delivery date, it costs more trust than it ever saved in time. That is why structured data in our replies comes from your systems, mapped field by field, and never from the model.

03

Nobody should have to wait for an integration tile

Businesses run on systems no vendor will ever build a marketplace listing for. We chose a generic tool runner over a catalogue of logos so that the answer is nearly always yes.

04

Say what is built, and what is not

We would rather lose a deal than win one on a feature that does not exist. There is a section on our homepage listing what is not ready, and this page is not going to claim a team of fifty.

Where we are

The product is built and working. It answers from documents and websites, calls REST APIs and MCP servers, renders structured cards from real responses, streams replies, and embeds on any site with one script tag. What it does not have yet is customers at scale, which is exactly what the design partner programme is for.

We are choosing which systems to support first based on what partners actually run rather than on what would look good on a logo wall. If you tell us your stack, it genuinely affects what gets built next.

Come and break it

We would rather hear the hard question now than discover the gap after you have shipped it to your customers.
